"I was shopping for a bike for my wife, i went to most of the dealerships in Ottawa, and Ottawa Yamaha had a huge selection of new and used bikes, there dealership is HUGE!, it's almost like a mini wal-mart for bikes! The sales Manager Sam Osman was terrific, he helped my wife find a bike that was in our price range and the bike it self was a perfect fit!, its been over two months and she loves it! "Bought a New To Me '07 V-Star 1300. Marshall negotiated with me to get the bike I wanted at a price that couldn't be beat! Laura was awesome co-ordinating delivery, and I got my bike ahead of schedule despite the high volume of spring-fever buyers all wanting their bikes 'yesterday'. The service bays are a refreshing experience to anyone who has been chased out of the chain-link cage garage at an unnamed previously-Yamaha dealer. Imagine! Not only can you see the service bays, there's no chance of being yelled at by an out-of-touch owner for getting to close to his service bays! If you don't know what I'm talking about, ask a long time Yamaha customer. You'll understand. This dealership is off to a great start! Keep up the great work guys! " I was amaized when I walked into the store (showroom) to see every pieces of toys that YAMAHA makes, all under one roof, from the smallest generator to the side-by-side. This is what a YAMAHA dealership should look like.
The staff was very friendly and took the time to go around the showroon with me. Sales and accessory personels helped me out with my selections.
The service department is very efficient and explains to you what the procedures are and when to expect your "TOY" to be ready.

"The first word that came to mind when entering the dealer ship was "WOW THIS IS WHAT A YAMAHA DEALER SHOULD LOOK LIKE". Everyone was so friendly, and they had so many motorcycles in stock. A.J. in sales took the time to show me almost every bike on the show room floor! (even though i told him i wouldnt be buying till next year). I did find a great deal on a helmet. And with them only being open for a few days i couldnt belive how well put together the entire store was. I just cant wait until the service department is up and fully running
I will be back sometime soon to buy my bike from ottawa yamaha!
